I could not agree more to this statement because, your body can’t lie to you if you want to look good, then eat healthy and be healthy. What You Need

The last menu for lunch that I am going to share with you is a sliced-cheesy beef sandwich. This is a simple menu, but surely it is healthy and very easy to make. Here are the ingredients that you are going to need to make one portion of sliced cheesy beef sandwich:

  • 1 pair of white bread
  • Vegetables; lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber
  • Cheese cream
  • Beef meat
  • Ketchup
  • Knife

In order to make this easy yet delicious lunch menu, it will only take 10 minutes of your life. Firstly, toast the breads in the toaster. While you are waiting it is to be toasted, cut the vegetables into smaller size. When it has toasted already, cover both of the white bread with cream cheese. Then, put the vegetables on both sides, after that the beef meat. Pour the ketchup after that. You can go with chicken, bacon or turkey. It depends on what meat that you like the most. Then, combine it all up just like a burger. After you make sure that it looks good, cut the sandwich diagonally until it results two triangle sandwiches. This action is needed in order to make the food looks better, and also easier to eat.
